User details (name and e-mail address) for the purpose of accessing the site will be retained until you no longer require access. Information provided as part of a payment for access to the site or any other HR/training services will be kept for a period of 6 years for accounting purposes.
Information provided by you as part of us providing HR support will be retained for a period of 1 year for legal reference purposes.
